Julian conducted his beating fear of sales to 50 HSBC sales person in Tasik Kenyir resort. These sales people where conditioned to feel articulate and resilient during sales engagements. We received good feedback from the coordinators and management.

Julian together with UK Valerie Austin conducted a public Fear of Heights seminar at Menara Kuala Lumpur. All 40 participants who were stringently profiled for fear of heights successfully look down and rid their fears at TH05 open-air 421m from the ground deck at Menara Kuala Lumpur.
News in education, Beat Public Fear programs for School Kids (July 2004). The News in Education Division of NSTP i.e. NIE oraganised special programs for school kids to do their examinations and also help them adapt to school environment better. We conducted two specialist programs for them. They were 'beat the fear of examinations UPSR' and 'Beat the Fear of going to Secondary School'. We had great results and now constantly call for more programs.
Julian was the mental trainer for Adidas's triaathlete trio, Wong Ah Thiam, Loong Hin Tong and M. Thiagu in this event. These athletes ran 150.3km in 24 hours on treadmills placed in a partly transparent 40ft container and hauled ffrom Penang and arrived at One Utama, Petaling Jaya the following day at noon.
